Helpful Information Before You Arrive

KamalaFest goes ahead in all weather — we’re a festival in nature.
There are covered spaces available, but if the rain comes, we’ll embrace it, dance in it, and enjoy the magic of the moment together.We’ll share any practical updates with ticket holders closer to the day.

Gates open from 10am, with opening sessions beginning at 11am.
The festival flows through the day and music continues into the evening. You’re welcome to stay for the full experience or move at your own pace. -
Yes — you’re free to come and go as you need.
You’ll receive a wristband on arrival, making re-entry quick and easy throughout the day.Toilets are located just outside the main festival space at the activity centre, and you’re welcome to move in and out comfortably.
We encourage arriving early to settle in, but the day is designed to feel relaxed and spacious.

Yes — we have reserved festival parking spaces available to book in advance.
You can add parking when purchasing your ticket or book it afterwards, and once confirmed, your space is secured.Alternatively, you can use the Activity Centre car park on the day and pay via pay-and-display or RingGo. Please note that spaces there are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods.

Yes — KamalaFest is a family-friendly event with dedicated kids’ activities and open space to explore.
Children under 5 attend free, and family tickets are available.
Terms & Entry
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our festival terms & conditions, which include health, safety, and wellbeing guidance. If you have any health concerns that may affect your participation in activities, please inform us in advance. This is an outdoor festival — please be mindful of guide ropes, uneven terrain, and help us keep the grounds clean.
Paid parking is available on-site. Please book a separate parking ticket on the link to secure your space. Otherwise, you can use the RingGo app or the machines at Dinton Activity Centre.
