Kundalini Awareness Facilitator Training
Learn to hold grounded, carefully facilitated Kundalini Awareness sessions with confidence, integrity and embodied understanding.
This four-day facilitator training combines personal experience, practical learning and supervised facilitation. It is designed for those who feel called to deepen their own understanding and learn how to hold this work responsibly for others.
A Training Rooted in Experience and Responsibility
Learning to facilitate Kundalini Awareness involves more than understanding the structure of a session. It requires an embodied relationship with the practice, awareness of your own responses and the ability to create a grounded environment in which others can explore their experience.
This four-day training is both experiential and practical. You will take part in your own process, develop your understanding of Kundalini Awareness and gradually move into practising the role of facilitator with guidance and supervision.
The intention is not to teach you to direct, fix or create a particular outcome for someone else. It is to help you develop the presence, discernment and practical understanding needed to facilitate this work responsibly.
Who Is This Training For?
Kundalini Awareness Facilitator Training may be suitable for you if you feel drawn to deepen your own practice and learn how to hold this work for others.
Existing Practitioners
You already work in areas such as coaching, breathwork, meditation, somatic practice, energy work or wellbeing and would like to broaden the way you support others.
Those With Personal Experience
You have experienced Kundalini Awareness personally and feel drawn to deepen your understanding before learning how to facilitate the practice for others.
Those Beginning a New Path
You feel called towards facilitation but have not yet found an approach that reflects the depth, presence and responsibility you want to bring to your work.
Those Drawn to Deeper Awareness
You are interested in subconscious patterns, emotional awareness, embodied experience and the conditions that allow insight and connection to emerge.
What the Training Covers
Across four immersive days, theory, personal experience, observation and supervised practice are brought together to help you understand both the method and the responsibility of facilitating it.
-
Explore the foundations of Kundalini Awareness, how the practice is structured and how it differs from approaches based on directing, forcing or producing a particular experience.
-
Develop presence, observation and discernment while understanding the boundaries of the facilitator’s role. This includes holding space without interpreting someone else’s experience or positioning yourself as the source of their process.
-
Learn how to prepare the environment, introduce the practice, structure the experience and bring a session to a grounded close. We also consider music, pacing and the practical differences between individual and group settings.
-
Explore informed consent, participant screening, contraindications, professional boundaries and recognising when this practice may not be appropriate. You will also consider when someone may need support beyond your scope.
-
Learn how to remain grounded around a range of emotional, physical and internal responses without assuming what an experience means or attempting to control its direction.
-
Understand the importance of reflection and integration following a session, including how to offer appropriate support without creating dependence or making promises about outcomes.
-
Gradually move from participating and observing into practising as a facilitator. You will have opportunities to receive feedback, reflect on your approach and build confidence through direct experience.
Training and Certification
Four Immersive Days
The training combines guided learning, personal experience, observation, discussion and practical facilitation across four consecutive days.
Practice and Feedback
You will have opportunities to practise the facilitator role within the training environment and receive guidance and feedback as your understanding develops.
Facilitator Certification
Following successful completion of the training and required practical participation, you will receive certification as a Kundalini Awareness Facilitator through the Integrative Energy School.
Certification confirms completion of this facilitator training. It does not qualify participants as therapists, counsellors or medical professionals, and graduates are expected to work responsibly within the scope of their training, insurance and local requirements.
Meet Your Trainer
Nancy Carlucci
Nancy Carlucci is a UK-based Kundalini Awareness Facilitator and Trainer with the Integrative Energy School. Alongside training new facilitators, she continues to hold group and individual Kundalini Awareness sessions.
Her wider background includes NLP, breathwork, somatic and embodied practices, meditation and Reiki. This informs a grounded approach that considers subconscious patterns, nervous-system responses and the importance of integration alongside the experience itself.
Nancy’s approach to training is practical, responsive and centred on responsibility. She encourages facilitators to develop their own presence and discernment rather than relying on performance, fixed interpretations or claims about what another person should experience.
Experiences From Previous Trainees
“So grateful for both of you, very professional, you have really helped me to open my heart even more than I thought was available. I am deeply grateful to you both, I am deeply grateful for everyone who was on the course, I’ve learned from every single one of you.”
Simon Alexander - Kundalini Awareness Facilitator Training Graduate
“The experience from start to finish has just been divine, the teachings, professionalism, the love, the heart, the soul that’s gone into it. Just to make everyone in the group feel so welcome.”

Your Four-Day Training Journey
Each day builds upon the last, moving from personal experience and foundational understanding towards supervised practice, integration and confident facilitation.

Arrive into the training, experience the practice for yourself and explore the foundations of Kundalini Awareness. We begin with presence, self-awareness, the nervous system, consent and the principles of responsible facilitation.
Day Three: Practice and Development
Deepen your understanding through supervised practice, observation and constructive feedback. You will develop greater confidence, discernment and awareness of how to respond to different experiences.
Day Two: Learning to Facilitate
Begin exploring the practical structure of a session, including preparation, music, communication and creating a grounded environment. You will observe facilitation and start practising with guidance.
Day Four: Integration and Moving Forward
