What Happens During a Session?
Every Awakened Consciousness™ experience is unique, yet each follows a similar structure designed to support awareness, connection and integration.
Arrival
The session begins with a brief introduction and an opportunity to settle into the space. You will be invited to set an intention, although this is entirely optional.
The Experience
You will lie comfortably on a mat as carefully curated music guides the experience.
Throughout the session, the facilitator creates a safe and supportive environment that encourages deeper awareness and connection.
As the mind begins to quieten, subconscious patterns, emotions, insights and inner wisdom may emerge into awareness. Some people experience movement within the body, emotional release, deep stillness, clarity, visual imagery or a profound sense of connection.
There is no right or wrong experience.
Each session unfolds in its own way.
Integration
The experience does not end when the music stops.
Time is provided for reflection and integration, allowing you to begin understanding and applying what has emerged during the session.
